Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods, Durations & Rates
We ship both domestically and internationally:

  • United States: Delivery takes 2–7 business days after processing. Shipping is calculated at 11% of your order total.

  • International: Delivery takes 5–15 business days after processing. Shipping is calculated at 39% of your order total.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
Once an order has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier to ensure its safe and timely delivery. We are not liable for any lost, delayed, or damaged shipments. Please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance.

Order Modifications & Address Changes
We allow a 1-hour window from the time of order placement to request address changes or modify your order. After this window, we cannot make any changes, as your order will already be processing.

Holiday & Peak Season Shipping
During holidays or high-volume periods, shipping times may be extended by several business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the inclusion of copyrighted and trademarked digital content bundled with our physical materials, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
